Ramuan : Minyak Sawit, Bawang, Serbuk Rempah (Ketumbar, Kunyit, Jintan Putih, Jintan Manis, Biji Halba, Biji Sawi, Kacang Parpu Hitam), Cili, Serbuk Kari, Garam, Gula, Serai, Belacan, Penambah Perisa (Monosodium Glutamate) dan Pengawet (Potassium Sorbate).
Cara Memasak :
1) 800~1000gm Sayuran: Kubis, Kacang Panjang, Tauhu Bakar, Terung dan selainnya bersama 1 paket Q WOK NYONYA Pes Kari Nyonya Sayuran.
Cadangkan masak dengan Udang / Tulang Ikan Masin.
2) Masakan Pes selama 2 minit dan campurkan sederhana air sehingga didih. Masukkan sayuran dan masak sehingga makanan masak.

煮法 :
1) 800~1000克 蔬菜:包菜、长豆、豆卜、茄子等 和 1 包 Q WOK NYONYA 娘惹蔬菜咖喱酱。
建议添加 虾 / 咸鱼骨 烹调。
2) 将酱料炒香约 2分钟,加入适量清水,待沸后加入蔬菜,煮至食物熟即可。

Cooking Instruction :
1) 800~1000gm Vegetables: cabbage, long bean, beancurd, brinjal etc. and a packet of Q WOK NYONYA Vegetable Nyonya Curry Paste.
Recommended cook with Shrimps / Salted Fish Bones.
2) Fry the paste for 2 minutes, add moderate water until boil and lastly add in vegetables. Simmer over low heat until food is cooked.
