TERMS OF SERVICES

Definitions

Buyer – Customer or user who is buying or ordering Products from the Seller.

Delivery Service– Delivery specialist or business entity that deliver the Order to the Buyer.

Order– Order by Product Buyer using the Services.

Product – Catering product(s) to be sold by the Seller.

Site – A platform or a website hosted at https://springcourt.com.my/ on the internet and in mobile applications that enables users to search, order Products in real time through the internet.

1.  Product Ordering

1.1 When The Buyer intends to receive the Seller’s services, he/she must go to the Seller Site located at https://springcourt.com.my/ and request the provision of their preferences.

1.2 The selection of Product is performed through the “Order” function.

1.3 In case the Buyer is allergic to any ingredients, he/she is obliged to refrain from ordering such Products.

1.4 Buyer is aware that all information provided on the Site is for reference only and cannot fully convey accurate information about the product’s characteristics, including colours, sizes, shapes and exclusive list of all ingredients.

1.5 When selecting Products, the Buyer agree to all the necessary conditions for its preparation, and in the case of delivery, the date, time and place of delivery.

2.  Disclaimer of Products by Buyer

2.1 If Buyer considers that Products are of poor quality or do not correspond to the quantity and composition of the ordered on the Site, he/she is obliged to immediately (within 7 days) send a complaint with photos and/or video record of the received Products to the Seller by sending the e-mail indicated on this page or via telephone.

2.2 If the Seller is satisfied with the Buyer’s complaint, the refund shall be made in the form of payment within 10 banking days.

2.3 The Buyer has the right to cancel the Order, including refusing to receive it from the Seller, but in this case the paid funds for the Order are not refundable.

3.  Refusal to fulfill the Order

3.1 If the Seller cannot prepare the products, the seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order by notifying the Buyer in advance.

3.2 If the Seller cannot prepare the products, the refund is made in the form in which the payment was made, within 10 banking days.

4.  Payment for Products

4.1 The cost of Products is determined on the Seller Site. Cost include all taxes.

4.2 The seller has the right to change the cost of Products and Delivery unilaterally. Seller has no right to change the cost of Products and Delivery on Order that have been accepted for execution, unless there is a manifest error in the value of Products on the page.

4.3 By paying for the Order, the Buyer confirms its agreement with all the provisions of this terms of services.

DELIVERY POLICY

§ Delivery charges are based on the destination.

§ Delivery takes within 7 days upon confirmation of the order. However, the delivery time stated is by approximation only and may vary. We will, at our capability deliver the orders to the designated address on best effort basis.

§ Correct and accurate address must be given when placing orders.

    We will not be responsible or bear any cost if address given is incorrect or inaccurate.
    We will not be responsible for late delivery due to the incorrect information/address or instructions provided.
REFUND POLICY

§ No refunds and cancellation is applicable once payment is processed and completed online unless otherwise stated in the above terms of services.
