Ramuan : Bawang, Minyak Sawit, Serbuk Rempah (Ketumbar, Kunyit, Jintan Putih, Jintan Manis, Biji Halba, Biji Sawi, Buah Keras, Kacang Parpu Hitam), Gula, Cili, Garam, Serai, Serbuk Kari, Air Asam, Penambah Perisa (Monosodium Glutamate) dan Pengawet (Potassium Sorbate).
Cara Memasak :
1) Daging 500gm, 100gm sayur-sayuran seperti ubi kentang, tomato, cili merah / hijau dan bawang, air 400ml dan santan 100ml bersama 1 paket Q WOK NYONYA Pes Kari Nyonya Kapitan.
2) Masakan Q WOK NYONYA Pes Kari Nyonya Kapitan bersama sayur-sayuran selama 5 minit dan campurkan air sehingga didih. Kemudian masukkan daging dan santan, masak dengan api yang kecil sehingga daging masak.

煮法 :
1) 肉 500克,100克 蔬菜如马铃薯,番茄,青红椒和大葱片,清水 400毫升,椰浆 100毫升 和 1 包 Q WOK NYONYA 甲必丹娘惹咖哩酱。
2) 用慢火将 Q WOK NYONYA 甲必丹娘惹咖哩酱 和蔬菜一起炒香(大约 5 分钟)。 加入清水,待沸后加入肉和椰浆,煮至肉熟即可(大约 15 分钟)。

Cooking Instruction :
1) Meat 500gm, 100gm vegetable: potatoes, tomato, cilli pepper and onion, water 400ml, coconut milk 100ml and a packet of Q WOK NYONYA Kapitan Nyonya Curry Paste.
2) Fry the Q WOK NYONYA Kapitan Nyonya Curry Paste together with vegetable for 5 minutes, add water until boil and lastly add in meat and coconut milk. Simmer over low heat until the meat and potatoes are cooked and tender (Approximately 15 minutes).
